    Paul J. Fabritz
Performance Enhancement Coach is internationally known as one of the top vertical jump specialists in the world. Paul played at the D1 level but unfortunately sustained injuries that never allowed him to see the court. After his sophomore year of college he had a 32” max vertical and was told that dunking would never be a part of his future. Rather than succumbing to his injuries and the fate of never playing again he embraced the adversity and began studying the science behind performance enhancement. Paul’s accolades consist of a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Wellness and NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACE, and FMS certifications. From this he was able to develop a unique training system curtailing its content to reflect all of the necessary aspects of a full-circle performance enhancement program. Paul put his methods to the test and increased his vertical from 32” to 47” and began easily throwing down windmill dunks. The word of his methods quickly went viral and contributed to him gaining more than 150k followers on social media. He is now the “go-to” Performance Enhancement Coach and skills trainer to hundreds of athletes including NBA, WNBA, and D1 players. Paul is also a published fitness writer whose work has appeared in top publications such as STACK, LiveStrong, AZ Central, and the Houston Chronicle. View all posts by Paul J. (1)
